Susan Curran, 57, has lived in Norfolk for almost 30 years. She is married with two grown-up sons. A writer and publisher, she runs a publishing services company, is chair of the Norfolk Contemporary Art Society and a trustee of the Norwich Historic Churches Trust. Active in politics since the 1980s, a city councillor in the 1990s and a Green since 2004, she is currently working to ensure review of the proposed developments associated with the Norwich Northern Distributor Road, the Postwick Hub and the Rackheath 'eco' town, which would seriously damage many people's quality of life in Broadland.
