Louis Stephen has lived in and around Worcester for most of his life, moving to the Bath Road area in 1997. He is 43, married and has two teenaged children who have attended local schools in Cherry Orchard, Nunnery Wood High and the sixth form college. He works within the city as a senior engineering manager for an international company in Warndon. Much of his work is focussed on creating and driving through changes within a continuous improvement culture. Stephen is extremely keen to use his engineering and management skills both to reduce Worcester's CO2 emissions and create employment opportunities within the city.
