Pippa Bartolotti has lived in Newport West for nearly 25 years and has worked in business most her life - from the fashion industry in London, to electronics and software development here in Wales where she has held various directorships. She has also worked with Gwent TEC, the WDA and the Welsh Assembly Government. She currently works with COEXIST and is a member of the Global Justice Movement, the ministry for peace, the Wales Peace Institute, the Green Party and is a speaker for Amnesty International. Locally she is campaigning against the building of a biofuels plant in Pillgwelly and working with Newport Communities against Fascism and Urban Circle youth group.
