Dr Sam Moss, 47, lives in Paignton and has lived in Devon for most of his life. He is a chiropractor and previously served for nine years in the Royal Marines. His particular concerns include promoting sustainable land use, affordable energy-efficient housing for locals, renewables, public transport and fairer social security.
