Damon Hoppe has studied, worked and lived in Staffordshire for most of his life. He has campaigned for the environment, human rights and economic justice from a young age and has been active in Green politics from the early 1990s. Hoppe is currently co--rdinator of the Stafford and Stone branch of the Green Party and secretary of the West Midlands regional party. He is also secretary of Stafford Housing Co-Operative and is active in local campaign groups. In his spare time he works as a volunteer adviser for the Citizens Advice Bureau.
